Refund Policy -
The Music Nest
At The Music Nest we understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent when handling cancellations and refunds.
1. Before the Term Begins
If you wish to cancel your child’s place before the start of term, you must notify us in writing at least two weeks prior to the first session.In this case, a refund will be issued minus a £25 administrative fee to cover processing and planning costs.Cancellations made less than two weeks before the term begins are non-refundable, as staffing and group allocations will already have been finalised.
2. After the Term Has Started
Once the term has started, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions, illness, or voluntary withdrawal. In exceptional cases (e.g., serious illness or family emergency), partial credit toward a future term may be considered at the discretion of The Music Nest management.
3. If The Music Nest Cancels a Session
In the rare event that we must cancel a session due to staff illness, venue closure, or unforeseen circumstances, we will: Arrange a make-up session, or Offer a credit toward the next term if rescheduling is not possible.
4. Dissatisfaction with Service
We strive to provide the highest quality experience for all our students.If you are unhappy with the service provided, please contact us promptly so we can address any concerns. Refunds or credits for dissatisfaction may be offered at our discretion following discussion and review.

5. Payment Plan Cancellations
Parents on monthly or annual payment plans must still provide two weeks’ notice in writing to cancel before the next billing cycle.Failure to provide notice may result in the next scheduled payment being charged.
6. Non-Transferability
Refunds and credits are non-transferable between students or family members unless agreed in advance by The Music Nest.
